- Worked as a senior resident in the Department of OBG in ESI model Hospital, Rajajinagar, Bangalore from June 2007 –Feb 2008 .It is a multispeciality hospital run by the ESI Corporation which is now upgraded to a medical college. I was independently taking obstetric calls with 6-8 deliveries and 4-5 LSCS in a day. I was also doing and assisting major and minor surgeries like abdominal and vaginal hysterectomies, myomectomies, exploratory laparotomies, cervical encerclage, tubal sterilizations and tubal recanalization surgeries.
- Underwent advanced endoscopic training for at Dr. Ramesh Hospital, Rajajinagar, Bangalore which is a tertiary centre for advanced laparoscopic procedures. I have performed and assisted various endoscopic procedures like diagnostic laparoscopy, ovarian drilling, reconstructive surgery for endometriosis, ovarian cystectomies, total laparoscopic hysterectomies, diagnostic and operative hysteroscopic procedures like septal resection, adhesiolysis, tubal cannulation etc.
- Worked as a senior resident inSuguna Hospital, Bangalore dealing mainly with obstetrics.
- Performed more than 100 laparoscopic tubal sterilization at the Hosahalli Corporation Hospital, Vijayanagar, Bangalore
- Worked as a consultant at Gunasheela surgical and maternity hospital which is one of the oldest and a busy centre in Bangalore dealing with obstetrics, gynecology, and endoscopy and is one of the pioneers in infertility services. I was handling the OPD, managing the IVF patients and the operative procedures. I am well versed with procedures like transvaginal USG guided oocyte aspiration (OPU) and embryo transfers. I have done more than 2000 OPUs including the most difficult ones and have done more than 2000 fresh and frozen embryo transfers with a consistent pregnancy rate of >60%. I am also well versed with transvaginal ultrasound. I have also assisted and performed around 10 foetal reduction procedures.
- I was also responsible as 'Head of the Infertility Services at Koramangala Unit of Gunasheela IVF Centre'.
- Worked as a Senior Consultant and HOD at NU Fertility ,Rajajinagar, Bangalore.Here I was instrumental in setting up the reproductive medicine department and also fellowship in reproductive medicine affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. Was conducting multiple diagnostic and operative laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgeries. Was also doing ROBOTICGynaec surgeries.
